All items are second hand and may show wear and tear. We endeavour to declare all damages of the items on the website.
Once the items have been removed from the clients premises it is considered sold.
We reserve the right of admission to our sales
All refunds exclude the admin fee.
The items do not belong to Sell Your Goods, they belong to various sellers up until the point that they are removed from the sellers premises. As we are acting agents for the sellers, we will have no control if a seller wishes to withdraw an item.
If you have ordered and item incorrectly, you must contact Sell Your Goods within 12 hours of paying the deposit to cancel the sale. Please be mindful of the date and time of the collections.

Sell Your Goods will not be held liable for any injuries or damages to an item while attending a collection at our clients premises.
Should the buyer need any further information regarding the item that they wish to purchase and they do not contact the agent in this regard this sale will be deemed as a confirmed sale.
