REFUND POLICY

AT SELL YOUR GOODS, WE STRIVE TO ENSURE THE SATISFACTION OF BUYERS AND SELLERS.

PLEASE READ OUR REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN MAKING PURCHASES OR SELLING ITEMS ON OUR PLATFORM.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY:

24-HOUR REFUND WINDOW:

  • Refunds are only allowed within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • Buyers must notify SELL YOUR GOODS within this 24-hour period to request a refund for their purchase.
  • Refunds requested after the 24-hour window will not be processed.
 

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
  • The item must not have been used, altered, damaged, or modified in any way after purchase.
  • Buyers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, when requesting a refund.
  • Should the buyer need any further information regarding the item they wish to purchase and they do not contact the agent in this regard this sale will be deemed as a confirmed sale.
 

REFUND PROCESS:

  • Buyers must contact SELL YOUR GOODS customer support within the 24-hour refund window to initiate the refund process.
  • SELL YOUR GOODS will review the request and determine eligibility based on the stated conditions.
  • If the refund request is approved, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable fees.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

  • Digital goods or downloaded content.
  • Perishable items or consumables.
 

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items and providing clear images to buyers.
  • Sellers should promptly address any issues or concerns raised by buyers regarding purchased items.
  • Sellers are responsible for disconnecting appliances.
  • Sellers must inform SELL YOUR GOODS of any item that requires dismantling or hoisting.
 

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Buyers must thoroughly review item descriptions, images, and seller policies before making a purchase.
  • Buyers should inspect the items upon collection and notify SELL YOUR GOODS of any discrepancies or damages immediately.

SELL YOUR GOODS reserves the right to refuse or deny any refund requests that do not meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
